Develops marketing strategies
Uses data to develop and make recommendations to best meet consumer needs
Contribute to the use and evaluation of marketing strategies
Evaluates new opportunities for marketing, while remaining current on industry trends

Qualifications
Marketing/Advertising degree is preferred, but not necessary
Experience in a brand strategy, marketing strategy or related analytics role is preferred, but not necessary
Ability to build and maintain relationships across teams, departments, and peers is necessary

Verify all personal and commercial insurance needs
Inputting correct information into software to get most competitive rates for insured
Issue policies and follow up with customers in a timely manner to get all policies started
Get with all departments in order to see what can make us better, faster, easier, more affordable.
Qualifications
Communications/Business Administrations degree is preferred, but not necessary
Experience in a sales role is preferred, but not necessary

Responsibilities
Our team is tasked with Preparing and maintaining important financial reports. Preparing tax returns and ensuring that taxes are paid properly and on time. Evaluating financial operations to recommend best practices, identify issues and strategize solutions, and help organizations run efficiently. This individual will be responsible for:
Manage all accounting transactions.
Prepare budget forecasts.
Publish financial statements in time.
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure timely bank payments.
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
Audit financial transactions and documents
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Qualifications
Work experience as an Accountant- 2 years
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks
Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
Experience with general ledger functions
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
BS in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
